If you join yourself, you'll be guaranteed a commission from the first 5 of these paid members. The commission is 2-5%. If you then start referring members yourself, this will increase the number of people you get commission from (+ you'll get $25 for each member that you personally refer). To earn company bonuses and to earn downline commissions beyond the first 5 people you need to be a 1 star level, which means you need to have referred 3 members.
