What Countries do My World Plus Accept?

April 7, 2010 by Suzanne · Leave a Comment

A common question from potential My World Plus affiliates is “What countries in the world do My World Plus accept”.

My World Plus is a global opportunity, so you can join regardless of which country in the world you reside.

However you are probably interested in one of the following (or both of these):

1) Are there My World Plus discounts available in my country?

2) How do I receive commissions in my country?

The answer to the first question is that you will get the most benefit from your My World Plus discound card if you reside in the USA. If you are joining My World Plus purely for the discounts then you should take a look at what is available in your country first.

You can do this by following these steps:

1) Taking a free tour of MyWorldPlus

2) Login to your My World Plus account

3) Click on Products (top menu)

4) Scroll down and use the search facility to search for discounts in your country or area.

This will show you all the discounts available in your area and will help you to determine whether or not it is worthwhile for you to join.

For receiving commissions, if you live in the USA you will receive your commissions by US $ check. For all other countries you will receive commissions via GlobalXChange.net. This system allows you to receive commissions either by direct bank deposit (for certain countries) or by ATM card (for most countries in the world).

You can read the Global XChange FAQ here. It says:

“Global Xchange cards can be used at most ATM machines installed at Bank locations around the world. Look for either the Cirrus or Maestro signs on the ATM machine to see if your card will work there. Note: In certain instances, your card will not work at a machine displaying the “Plus” sign. This is because this may be a PLUS “Regional” as opposed to an “International” machine. To find out where your cards are usable in your country, please go to www.mastercard.com, select your country and then find the ATM locator. Use it to find ATM machines in your country near you where the card can be used.”

So providing your country has ATM machines with Cirrus or Maestro, you should be ok.

I live in the UK and I get my MyWorldPlus commissions transferred directly to my business bank account. This has been working very well and I usually receive the money within 3-4 days.

At the time of writing you can transfer funds directly to your bank account if you reside in one of the following countries:

Argentina, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Columbia, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Denmark, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Latvia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Slovenia, United Kingdom (includes England, Scotland and Ireland), the United States and Venezuela.

You Have a Commission Coming…

March 30, 2010 by Suzanne · Leave a Comment

If you have pre-enrolled in My World Plus you may have seen this email before. It usually starts like this:

Joe Bloggs who was positioned
below you in YOUR TEAM has just taken action
and become a FULL MEMBER.

That means YOU HAVE A COMMISSION COMING just by getting started.

When people receive this email they often reply to me asking “how much commission” or “is this real?”

I am going to explain exactly what these emails mean and how much commission you will receive.

The main reason for these emails is to build up excitement. With My World Plus you can earn money on everyone who joins the company after you so these emails will keep you informed and let you know when someone joins and upgrades. Every time someone joins after you and upgrades this is a potential commission for you.

Notice the word potential.

Like any business, My World Plus depends on sales to keep the business profitable and allow them to pay people commissions. It woudn’t be sustainable for them to pay a commission on EVERY person who joined after you unless you were actually bringing in sales yourself.

For this reason My World Plus puts a limit on the number of commissions it pays to people who do not make sales.

If you join My World Plus now and never make any sales yourself you will get paid commission on the FIRST FIVE MEMBERS only.

So as long as five people have joined and upgraded you will get paid a commission on them EVERY MONTH.

The commission is as follows:

Person 1 – 2%

Person 2 – 3%

Person 3 – 5%

Person 4 – 2%

Person 5 – 2%

This means you get 2% from the first person, 3% from the second person, 5% from the third person and 2% from the fourth and fifth people. This adds up to $2.80.

It’s not very much, but as soon as you manage to refer 3 people yourself, you will start earning a lot more e.g. $25 per person  + a monthly company bonus, and commissions past the fifth level.

You can read my full explanation of the MyWorldPlus compensation plan here.

You can also take a look at one of my recent earnings screenshot from MyWorldPlus here.

In summary, My World Plus has an excellent compensation plan, but if you are expecting to join and make a profit without actually doing any work, there is no point in joining. The same applies to all legitimate businesses.

My World Plus – My own results and conversion rates

January 26, 2010 by Suzanne · 3 Comments

I’ve been a member of My World Plus now for almost 6 months and I usually make an appearance each month on the leader board, somewhere in the top 15. I’ve also made a fairly decent number of commissions so far as you can see from my recent MyWorldPlus commission screenshot.

A lot of people have been asking me where my signups come from AND what my conversion rate it, so today I’m going to list all my sources here and what the conversion rate has been from each source.

The biggest piece of advise that I can give you is – if you want to succeed in any business opportunity you MUST have your own website and you MUST use this website to build a list. I started my own Home Business Ideas website back in 2004 and this, along with the list that I have been building is the main reason that I have been successful with business opportunities and affiliate programs. Click here to learn more about building your own website.

Ok, here are the places that I get my signups from along with the total percentage that have upgraded after pre-enrolling from these places:

  1. Initial Email broadcast to my list - this was the very first email I sent to my list about My World Plus. If you have a list, the first thing you should do is email them and if you don’t know what to say, send me an email and I will email you some sample emails to use. When I emailed my list for the first time, 161 people pre-enrolled in MyWorldPlus and 32 of them upgraded to a full member. Conversion rate = 19.8%
  2. Follow Up Broadcast to my list – a week later I sent a follow up email. Many people will only take action if you email them more than once.  After this email an additional 41 people pre-enrolled and 9 upgraded. Conversion rate = 21.9%
  3. My Home Page – I recommend My World Plus on the home page of my http://www.HomeBiz-Direct.com website. So far this has resulted in 133 pre-enrollees and 8 upgrades. This is no where near as good as the conversion rate for my list, so it just goes to show how important it is to build a list and a relationship with that list. Conversion rate = 6%
  4. My Thank You Page – When someone signs up to my newsletter they immediately see a thank you page which advertises My World Plus. So far this has resulted in 83 pre-enrollees and 5 upgrades. Conversion rate = 6%
  5. My Bonus Page – When someone signs up to my newsletter and confirms there email address they are taken to a bonus page which also lists my top business opportunities.  So far this has resulted in 10 pre-enrollees and 3 upgrades. Conversion rate = 30%
  6. My Review – I wrote a review of My World Plus on my blog and optimized it, so it appears on page one of Google when someone searches for “Review of My World Plus”. This has resulted in 28 pre-enrollees and 7 signups. If you haven’t written a review yet, you should write one now! Conversion rate = 25%
  7. Plug-In Profit Site – I promote the Plug-In Profit Site by Stone Evans. This includes My World Plus as one of the programs and has resulted in 68 pre-enrollees and 11 signups. Conversion rate = 16.2%
  8. Follow Up Messages – I have two follow up messages in my autoresponder that recommend My World Plus to the subscribers to my list. This has resulted in 48 pre-enrolles and 14 upgrades. Conversion rate = 29.1%
  9. Misc Places on my Websites – I also promote My World Plus on miscellaneous places on my Home Business website and other blogs and sites. This has resulted in 156 pre enrollees and 18 signup. Conversion rate = 11.5%
  10. Bought Leads – I am currently testing some purchased leads. You can read more about this in my post about Buying My World Plus Leads. This experiment hasn’t concluded yet, but the conversion rate is currently a big fat 0%.

I hope this helps to give you some ideas on what works best when marketing My World Plus. In general I find that My World Plus converts very well, without much effort on my part to close the sale.

My World Plus Compensation Plan

October 18, 2009 by Suzanne · 2 Comments

It can be difficult to understand compensation plans for multi level marketing companies. I’ve been a member of a few such companies and my head is usually spinning after I have read the compensation plan!

My World Plus is nowhere near as complicated as some other companies, but it still took me a fair amount of listening to training calls and reading the pay plan details to come close to understanding it.

I’m going to summarize the pay plan of My World Plus here, but to really understand it you need to listen to the training call and read over the Pay Plan details yourself. If you are considering joining MWP, you can register as a pre-enrollee for free here, then login and click on the link on the left menu that says “Pay Plan”.

In summary, the MyWorldPlus commission plan works like this:

Rank Advancement (Star Ratings)

To understand the Pay Plan you need to know a little bit about star ratings. In My World Plus there are 5 different ranks:

  • 1 star – Refer 3 members
  • 2 stars – Refer 10 members OR help 3 of your personally enrolled members to achieve a 1 star
  • 3 stars – Refer 50 members OR help 3 of your personally enrolled members to achieve a 2 star
  • 4 stars – Refer 100 members OR help 3 of your personally enrolled members to achieve a 3 star
  • 5 stars – Refer 500 members OR help 3 of your personally enrolled members to achieve a 4 star

The higher you rank, the more you get paid and you can achieve your rank either by enrolling lots of members by yourself, or by enrolling just a few members and helping them to enrol others!

Fast Start Bonuses:

If you sign another person up to MWP you get a fast start bonus of $25. This is paid within one week. There are actually 4 generations of fast start bonuses. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th levels are $8, $5 and $3 and you get these when people who you have personally referred refers someone else. E.g. if you sign up Peter, you get $25. If Peter signs up Mary, you get $8. If Mary then signs up Paul, you get $5.

Monthly Residual Commissions:

You get a commission from people who joined MWP after you (regardless of whether you signed them up or not).  The number of levels and the percentage commissions from each level varies depending on your rank. If you have not achieved rank (i.e. you have referred less than 3 people to MWP you will still get between 2 & 5% commissions on the first five people below you. As you achieve rank by referring more people, your commissions increase and the number of levels that you are paid on also increases.

Monthly Bonuses

Monthly bonuses are paid to all members who have achieved ranks. The bonuses are 10% of the company wide profits and are split between members who achieve a rank (1 star, up to 5 stars).  For example, if you are a 1 star 35% of the bonus pool is split between all 1 star ranking members.

You can see an up to date screenshot of my own commission statement from My World Plus.

This is just a basic summary of the commission plan. To understand it properly you need to login and spend some time studying it.
